We typically provide upgrades every 12 months to ensure Merret keeps pace with the requirements of modern retail and are committed to maintaining and growing Merret as a true flexible package solution.
Two major milestones were the addition of advanced business intelligence and performance management capabilities, plus Merret being rolled out on the highly flexible and cost-effective Microsoft .NET platform which extended its reach to other retailers in addition to those using Merret on IBM System i.
These developments built on the earlier launch and integration within the solution of the MerretNet data and communications portal, home shopping functionality and B2B interfacing.
