Launched in 2001, Merret is an end-to-end supply chain solution that covers all aspects of stock control, retail supply and business information.

Merret meets the needs of medium-size and multichannel retailers ‘out of the box’, and is fully scalable from a handful to hundreds of outlets. The development of Merret MMS equates to 75 man-years of resource investment.

In August 2007 the Merret supply chain solution was bought by retail-only IT services provider Retail Assist. Founded in 1999, Retail Assist already shared common customers with Merret.  Shortly after Merret’s UK launch, the ERP solution began to be adopted by retailers in Europe, Australia, Malaysia and Singapore.  

Retail Assist’s partner, Software Paradigms International (SPI) of Atlanta are the Systems Integrator for Merret in the US. SPI are a leading provider of outsourced IT and BPO services.
