Retail Assist have won 2 Retail Week Technology Awards for Merret projects in as many years:

2011: Winner of the "Project Implementation of the Year" category with Whistles and BT Expedite;
2010: Winner of the "Project Implementation of the Year" category with Mint Velvet;

Retail Assist have also won 3 European Retail Solutions Awards, 2 of which were for Merret projects:

2007: Winner of the "Best Use of E-Commerce in a Retail Environment" for Merret with Rubicon Retail and Fresca
2004: Winner of the "Retailer/Supplier Partnership of the Year" with Grantfort Computer Systems/Merret and Rubicon Retail

Retail Assist was shortlisted for 2 Retail Systems Awards 2010, including "IT Project of the Year" for the Merret project with Mint Velvet.

Retail Assist was shortlisted for the "Business Intelligence Solution award" for Merret BI in conjunction with Harvey Nichols at the Retail Business Show Awards 2009.

Retail Assist was shortlisted for "Project Implementation of the Year" at the 2008 European Retail Solutions Awards for the Merret implementation with Tec7 and House of Fraser. Merret was also nominated with Harvey Nichols for the Retail Systems Awards 2007 for Back Office Solution of the Year.
