From the North
From J26 of the M1 follow the A610 towards Nottingham City Centre for approximately 4 miles.
Continue straight on at the Carphone Warehouse junction, up the hill signposted City Centre. Keep in the right-hand lane, as you approach The Falcon Inn. Follow the road down the hill and get into the far right-hand lane, then turn right at the Strathdon Hotel and City Gate West. At the junction turn right onto the one way system and get into the far left-hand lane as you drive up the hill. Take the first left-hand turn onto Upper College Street and at the junction at the top of Upper College Street turn left onto The Ropewalk. Bear left onto Regent Street and at the end of Regent Street, turn left onto Park Row. Retail Assist is on the right hand side, sharing the building with Lloyds.
On-street parking may be available, alternatively use the Mount Street NCP car park at the end of Regent Street.
From the South
From J25 of the M1 follow the A52 to Nottingham.
At the fourth roundabout (Queens Medical Centre) go straight across towards City Centre and pick up the A6200, Derby Road. Continue past the Lexus car dealership then after about 1.5 miles at the top of the hill, notice the police station over to the right. Get into the right hand lane and drive through the two sets of traffic lights, then get over into the far right-hand lane, follow the road down and turn right at the Strathdon Hotel and City Gate West. At the junction turn right onto the one way system and get into the far left-hand lane as you drive up the hill.
